Officer StauberSpeaks with visitors at a local festival and  Rochester Mount pepper gets a friendly pet Bill Stauber began his law enforcement career in 1981 as a Monroe County Sheriff's Deputy. In 1984 he was appointed an Officer for the City of Rochester. He worked in the Northeast section of the City. His assignment changed in 1987 when he joined the city wide Tactical Unit. This Unit investigates burglaries, robberies, serial type crimes, and rapes. He returned to the Northeast section 1991 for a year prior to joining the Mounted Unit in 1992. Hobbies: Officer Stauber is a skillful carpenter and remodeler. He also builds and races model airplanes.
