David Klein worked in Monroe County Sheriff's Department from 1983 to 1986. In 1986 David joined the Rochester Police Department. He was assigned to the Highland section in the Northeast side of the city. David also worked in the Tactical Unit, Vice Squad and SWAT Team before becoming a member of the Mounted Patrol in February 1998. His primary mount is Bessie.
